Promotional Materials

Giveaways can be a great way to engage people at events, build excitement and create pride in your institution.

Always use an approved Supplier to order materials to ensure quality and be a good steward of your budget.

Promotional items should include the full-color logo whenever possible.

If imprint space does not allow for a full logo, you may use the abbreviated name logo or college initial logo.

If you are limited on color due to cost or restrictions with the material, a one-color logo is available.

When choosing the color of an item, choose blue, gold or white whenever possible.

All promotional item designs must be approved by the marketing department before they are produced.
