9.6 Package Construction

KCTCS has equitable and consistent packaging policy. Eligible students are awarded with equality and consistency within established need parameters.

KCTCS packages on no less than a weekly basis, and does not purposely leave a need gap within a student’s COA. Any eligible award, which the institution has been aware of, is awarded a packaging with the exception of student loans. Students directly request the amount, if any, they would like to borrow using on online Loan Request Form in their Student Self-Service. The amount for which they are eligible is then added to their aid package.

KCTCS does not reserve funds for late applicants or multiple start date programs.
