9.10 Award Package Notification
KCTCS provides students access to award packages and awarding information through student self-service and information on college websites.
The KCTCS College Financial Aid Director coordinates and supervises all packaging appeals. The appeals will be considered by individual college employees or by committee. The student will be made aware of the decision in a timely manner.
KCTCS pays Pell, CAP and KEES based on census date enrollment.
