KCTCS Supplier Onboarding Application Process

KCTCS Procurement to Payment Services is pleased to offer new a web-based onboarding application process for both new and existing suppliers.  This customized system allows new suppliers to register with KCTCS and allows existing suppliers to update their account information. The system entirely replaces the previous paper-based application process.

If you are a NEW SUPPLIER, click on the New Suppliers link below.

If you are an EXISTING SUPPLIER who has received their login information, click on the Existing Suppliers link below.

If you are an existing supplier and you do not yet have login information, please reach out to KCTCS-Purchasing@kctcs.edu or college contact on how to update your information.
