KCTCS Project Management Office

Our purpose is to provide exceptional service and support to the 16 KCTCS Colleges. The Project Management Office fosters cross-functional collaboration to improve communication and information sharing so that college and system-wide projects and initiatives are strategically aligned and effectively implemented.

Our scope of work includes

• Providing project management support to the Huron initiatives:
  • Existing priorities:
    • Huron Compensation and Classification Implementation​, led by Bridget Canter
    • Huron KCTCS-Led Workstreams​ (the 12 Opportunities)
      • Data Strategy, led by Dr. Chris Howes, Alicia Crouch, Brittany Lippert, and Katie Karn
      • Space Utilization/Capital Construction, led by Buddy Combs and Andy Casebier
      • Strategic Sourcing, led by Buddy Combs and Bekka Korosec
  • Creating a high functioning, best in class project management office that serves/supports the Colleges beyond the completion of the Huron project
