Administrative Services

The Office of Administrative Services at the System Office of KCTCS strives to provide fiscally responsible financial management services for the 16 community and technical colleges across the state.

About the Vice President:

By dedicating his professional career to making KCTCS one of the very best community and technical college systems in the nation, Vice President Wendell Followell has strengthened and aligned KCTCS' administrative and financial operations functions with the core values of leadership, service, and support.

Followell holds both masters’ degrees in public administration and business administration having graduated from the University of Kentucky and University of Louisville respectfully. Wendell's 30+ years of higher education experience and breadth of knowledge make him an ideal Vice President of Administrative Services because he has significant cross-functional leadership experience in multiple areas including management operations, finance, accounting, facilities, human resources, planning, and business policy and procedure.

Mission:

The mission of the Office of Administrative Services is to provide fiscally responsible management services for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.
