   4. EID initiative for student success.
5. Discussion on alignment of personnel: positions, job descriptions, and other efficiency ideas.
6. Discussion on property utilization and further study to determine long term resource management.
   1. Discussion on problem areas within the colleges.
7. Establish two primary goals in each of the following areas:
   1. Student Success.
   2. Employee retention, recruitment, job satisfaction, and success.
   3. Physical plant efficiencies and further study.
