Grants Administration
The Grants Administration Office supports all KCTCS colleges and System Office in their efforts to receive and administer grant funding.
We help people turn ideas into grant applications by providing leadership, expertise, and service in developing fundable project ideas; identifying funding options; creating responsive proposals; and navigating the application submission process.
We help grant recipients follow funders' rules by offering insight during contract review; providing guidance in contract negotiation; interpreting federal and state policies, regulations, and procedures; and evaluating and updating KCTCS grants and contracts policies and procedures.
We help faculty and staff become stronger grant-seekers by training them on how to develop, write, submit, and manage grants; facilitating collaboration among the colleges; providing coordination with federal, state, and other agencies; and providing feedback on draft proposals and project ideas.
