Cultural Diversity

The award-winning KCTCS Diversity Initiative serves as the system representative for diversity and inclusion initiatives with the KY Council on Postsecondary Education and other external organizations.

Our office provides leadership, service and support to college directors, shares information, resources, and best practices, creates networks and facilitates collaboration, strives to ensure open access as well as increase the engagement and success of executives, faculty, staff and students system-wide. We achieve our goals by building diverse cultures using technology, strategic communications, training, and professional development for college and system level stakeholders.
