Vice President of Human Resources

Reporting to the System President, the Vice President of Human Resources (VPHR) will work with the 16 system colleges to enhance the livelihood and wellbeing of their employee populations, thereby positively impacting the student experience. Ultimately, through strategic, customer serving human resources practices and policies, the VPHR will advance the mission and vision of KCTCS to develop a skilled talent pipeline to meet the workforce and economic development needs of Kentucky.

Chief Financial Officer

Reporting to the System President and managing a staff of 24 at the central office, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will work with the 16 system colleges to ensure that the campus leadership teams have the information they need to best manage the institutional resources and enhance the financial health of all the campus communities. The CFO will advance the mission and vision of KCTCS by ensuring effective and efficient management of system resources and by providing support to the campus business officers in their responsibilities to each of their individual communities.

Vice President of Communications and Strategy

System leadership and the appointed search committee expect to see applicants with the ideal combination of experience in the broader communications arena, strategic planning and execution, knowledge of governmental relations, and an understanding of business and workforce issues. The Vice President of Communications and Strategy reports to and works closely with the KCTCS President to create and execute strategic communications to internal and external audiences.

The KCTCS community looks forward to cutting-edge presence in this critical area. The new vice president will be a multi-modal, versatile, and exceptionally creative communicator. The preferred candidate will have experience managing external activities, including speaking engagements, political engagements, press and public relations events, and other media opportunities.
