Operations

The Operations area of Technology Solutions provides technical and systems support for a complex computing and network environment. We are responsible for effectively managing system resources and providing optimal support to the system office and colleges.

Our team also coordinates system-wide information systems, like email, network and phones, and works with college leadership to find the best mix of services to enhance the mission of KCTCS.

Key initiatives:

• Coordinating design, engineering and management of enterprise voice, data, and video networking services.
• Promoting and maintaining computing and communications infrastructure standards and policies.
